Noxus - Avatar
Due to being born during the season of the hottest sun, Noxus' firepower has been given an extra boost.
Noxus' cousin is the prince of dragons, Edgar. He is jealous of Edgar for him being the next in line to being King. His father was killed by his own brother who was also Edgar's father (Oblius) so Noxus seeks revenge on both of them. As Bellum becomes evil, he is a great assist to Noxus' primary goal, as he is the God of Revenge as well as snakes and fighting.
Noxus' parents are called Letalis and Aculeus.

Noxus is a fire dragon with a black body and flame coloured wings and tail.
